TalentBridge was founded in 2015 by a group of HR directors and executive recruiters who shared a frustration: most agencies chased speed and volume over quality and fit. Candidates landed on desks without context. Businesses lost months to mis-hires. The problem wasn't a lack of talent — it was a lack of understanding.
We set out to build an agency that invests the time to understand each client's culture, goals and team dynamics before approaching a single candidate. Across a decade of Ukraine's evolving job market — including genuinely difficult years — our clients have valued a partner who is candid, consistent and commercial.
Today our team of 32 specialists serves clients from fast-growing startups to established enterprises across Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro and beyond. Our approach hasn't changed: understand first, then search.

Founded in Kyiv
Four co-founders, a shared office on Baseina Street, and a conviction that recruitment could be done better — starting with IT and professional services.
First retained search mandate
Moved beyond contingency recruitment into long-term retained partnerships with a 200-person software house that still works with us today.
HR Outsourcing division launched
Began managing payroll, compliance and HR operations for four pilot clients — growing to twelve accounts in the first year.
Remote hiring infrastructure built
Developed remote assessment protocols and trained every consultant in virtual competency interviewing — now standard across our practice.
Continuity through crisis
Maintained full service for all active clients and helped displaced candidates relocate across western Ukraine and the EU.
