These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TalentBridge LLC website (talentbridgedeck.com) and the recruitment and HR services provided by TalentBridge LLC ("TalentBridge", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Acceptance of terms
Your continued use of our website or services following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will publish all changes on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to draw them to your attention.
2. Description of services
TalentBridge LLC provides human resources and recruitment services, including but not limited to:
- Executive and specialist search and selection for permanent and contract roles;
- HR outsourcing, including payroll administration, HR policy development and employee relations support;
- Talent strategy and workforce planning consultancy;
- Candidate screening, competency assessment and background verification;
- Employer brand development;
- HR capability-building workshops and coaching.
The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timelines of any service engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal signed by both parties, which shall prevail over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
3. Use of the website
Our website is provided for general information about TalentBridge and its services. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website. You must not:
- use the website in any way that violates applicable Ukrainian or international law or regulation;
- transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
- transmit any data or content that contains malware, viruses or other harmful code;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or servers;
- conduct scraping, data harvesting or systematic retrieval of content from the website without our prior written consent.
4. Candidate obligations
If you use our website or services as a job-seeker or candidate, you represent and warrant that:
- all information you provide (including CV, employment history and qualifications) is true, accurate and not misleading;
- you have the right to work in Ukraine or the jurisdiction of the role applied for, unless you have informed us otherwise;
- you will inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your candidacy or eligibility for a role.
5. Client obligations
If you engage TalentBridge as a client company, you agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information about your company, the vacancy and any relevant working conditions;
- comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws when assessing and selecting candidates introduced by TalentBridge;
- pay any agreed fees in accordance with the payment terms set out in your written agreement with TalentBridge;
- notify us promptly if a candidate introduced by TalentBridge is engaged directly or indirectly by your company or an associated company within 12 months of introduction.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design elements and the underlying code — is the property of TalentBridge LLC or its licensors and is protected by Ukrainian and international intellectual property laws. You may view and print content from this website for your own non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of our website without our express prior written consent.

The information on this website is provided "as is" for general guidance only. It does not constitute professional HR, legal or employment law advice for your specific situation. Professional advice is provided exclusively under a signed engagement agreement.
