This Privacy Policy explains how TalentBridge LLC ("TalentBridge", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit our website at talentbridgedeck.com or contact us through any of our communication channels. We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this Policy.

2. Data we collect
2.1 Data you provide to us
- Contact form data: when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the subject of your enquiry, and the content of your message.
- Candidate data (where applicable): if you contact us as a job-seeker, we may collect your CV, employment history, qualifications, references and any other information you voluntarily provide in connection with a job application.
- Client data: if you engage TalentBridge for recruitment or HR services, we collect company name, contact person details, billing information and information relevant to your hiring brief.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and the pages of our website that you visit, together with timestamps.
- Cookie and analytics data: with your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website, including traffic sources and navigation patterns. See Section 5 for details.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the recruitment or HR services you have requested.
- To manage the recruitment process, including matching candidate profiles to client vacancies where appropriate consent has been obtained.

- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations under Ukrainian law.
- To resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and protect the rights and safety of TalentBridge, our clients and candidates.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following legal grounds:
- Consent: where you have given us specific consent to process your data — for example, when you submit our contact form, accept analytics cookies, or register as a candidate.
- Contract: where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Legitimate interests: where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as operating and improving our website, preventing fraud and maintaining security, provided that those interests are not overridden by your rights.

7. Data retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy:
- Contact form enquiries: up to 24 months from the date of your enquiry, unless a longer period is required by law or our legitimate interests.
- Candidate profiles: up to 3 years from the date of last contact, or until you request deletion.
- Client data: for the duration of the client relationship and for a period of up to 5 years thereafter to meet contractual and legal obligations.
- Analytics data: in anonymised or aggregated form for up to 26 months.
After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
